COFFEE PROFILE

Imagine sipping on a Philippine coffee that features intense flavors of Orange, Passionfruit, Milk Chocolate and English breakfast; these beautiful mouth-watering coffees were harvested in an old mining community that Henry & Sons helped transform into a coffee-growing community in 2018. Coffee trees were planted two generations ago by the grandparents of the miners.

Typica cherries were carefully picked at their ripest in January and processed in a totally controlled environment with 100-year-old microorganisms that can be found in kombucha in order to enhance notes of Orange, Passionfruit, Milk Chocolate and English breakfast.
