Michael Harris' Precious Coffee Moments Itogon Lot 8A
In a fast-paced and busy world, it's always nice to take a few moments and enjoy the beautiful things life has to offer.
We applied an ultra-minimalist processing style to this coffee that highlights the superior terror of Sitio Hartwel Benguet. The ripest of the ripe typica coffees were picked, pulped, rinsed, and dry fermented for 24 hr. This created a unique coffee that features the natural flavors of old Philippine typica coffee, which was brought to the Philippines centuries ago.
Coffee is a slow, meticulous process, so once in a while, let's pause and reflect on the hard work of the people who made this coffee and its long journey to your cup.
We recommend enjoying this coffee as a pour-over to be savored in hot, warm, and cool moments.
