With extensive experience in sensory science, Jake has developed methods that integrate scientific analysis, such as gas and liquid chromatography, to precisely identify and categorize flavor profiles. His approach is widely recognized in global certification programs, including those by the Specialty Coffee Association, and has transformed sensory training in the wine, coffee, and beverage industries.
