Hey Coffee Friends! First off, thank you for purchasing our coffees. We put a lot of effort and thought into each and every pack of coffee we manufacture. As you may know, making amazing coffee is hard work from planting all the way to processing and roasting. We have come up with these brew guides to help you bring out the best flavors and enjoyment from these wonderful coffees.

Please allow the coffees to rest for at least 7 days before consuming, as freshly coffees need time for its flavors to develop.

    Adjust to a courser grind size. Harshness is a sign of over-extraction try to aim for a faster brew time.
  2. Coffee is too weak or diluted
    Use less brew water
  3. Coffee is astringent
    Astringency is a sign of under-extraction, try extending the brew time or using more brew water.
