At Henry & Sons, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you encounter an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 7 days from the date your order is received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Please contact us before sending any item back so we can assist you with the return process.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to this Returns & Refund Policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing admin@thevaultph.com.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. Any visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of receipt to help us process claims with our courier partners.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 4–5 weeks for the refund to be completed, depending on the inspection process and your payment provider’s processing times.
Approved returns that are not due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.
Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item, Henry & Sons will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, particularly for higher-value orders.
