Techno Roasting Level 1 

An Introductory course that provides a clear understanding of the actual roasting process and theoretical contents of the physio-chemical changes expected during the roasting process. This class is perfect for beginners, In addition, it gives clear standards to experienced experts through standardized techniques and flavor analysis. 

By the end of this class you will have the objectivity to actively produces the designed results regardless of the roaster machine you are working on. 

Coffee has over 5000+ volatile aromas, and it is invaluable to a professional's journey is to get familiarized with how to identify and communicate what we taste in coffee. 

Techno Roasting Level 2

This class provides a comprehensive understanding of the roasting process for beginners. The class covers the theoretical and practical aspects of the process, including the physical-chemical changes that occur during roasting. It also includes standardized techniques and flavor analysis to help students produce desired results consistently, regardless of the roasting location or equipment used. This class suits for beginners who want to understand the roasting process and experienced roasters who want to improve their skills.

This is a 4-day certificate course.
