The Taltarni T Series Shiraz 2019 showcases the best of Pyrenees Shiraz with a bold, fruit-forward character, crafted for premium enjoyment in everyday moments. The 2019 growing season was marked by a dry winter and early spring, followed by a perfectly timed rainfall, allowing for grapes of exceptional concentration and flavor.

After harvesting, the fruit was gently fermented in open-top tanks, held on skins for 8 days to develop rich color and depth, then aged in French oak barrels, undergoing malolactic fermentation for a smooth, balanced finish.
